Information on the processing of personal data (pursuant to articles 13 and 14 GDPR 2016/679)

WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes how the website is managed with regard to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it. This information is also provided pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 as amended to those who interact with web services accessible by electronic means from the address: www.lampa.it This information is provided only for the LAMPA SPA website and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through links. The information is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting as part of the Group set up by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the methods, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of said connection. 1. DATA CONTROLLER

Following consultation by users (data subjects) of this website, data relating to identified or identifiable persons, i.e. personal data within the meaning of Article 4 of GDPR 2016/679, may be processed. The data controller is LAMPA SPA Via G. Rossa 53/55, 46019, Viadana (MN).

2. DATA PROTECTION OFFICER:

The figure of Data Protection Officer (DPO) has not been identified as the writer is not required to comply with art. 37 of European Regulation 2016/679.

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

  • Purposes of processing the requests of the data subjects (contractual and pre-contractual) : the personal data provided by users who submit requests to join the services offered, also via contact forms, are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or provision requested by the data subject, therefore for the sole purpose of processing the respective specific request.
  • Direct marketing purposes: the personal data provided will only be used for direct marketing purposes in the event of direct consent from the data subject, in particular for sending promotional and commercial communications relating to services and products offered by the Controller.
  • Indirect marketing purposes: the personal data provided will only be communicated to third parties for marketing purposes, in particular for sending promotional and commercial communications, as well as carrying out market studies and statistical analysis in the event of direct consent from the data subject .

4. PROCESSING MODES

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the specific purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with the principle of necessity and proportionality.

Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access. Personal data may be processed by the employees of the company assigned to the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes, who have been expressly authorised to do so and who have received adequate operational instructions and specific training.

5. MANDATORY NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

In addition to what has been specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide the personal data indicated in the computer request forms (form) sent to the Data Controller to access the services offered. Failure to provide such information may make it impossible to obtain whatever may be requested. Refusal to provide such personal data will therefore prevent you from making use of the services and content offered. The personal data processed are: personal details, contact data (including but not limited to: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number).

6. COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Personal data may be processed by external parties acting as data controllers such as, for example, Authorities and supervisory and control bodies and, in general, parties, including private parties, entitled to request data, for example Public Authorities that make an express request for administrative or institutional purposes, in accordance with the provisions of current national and European legislation, as well as persons, companies, associations or professional firms providing assistance and consultancy. The data may also be processed by external parties designated as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR 2016/679, who are given appropriate operating instructions. These entities are essentially included in the following categories:

  • companies providing website supply and support services and managing and maintaining specific databases.

7. TRANSFER OVERSEAS

The personal data processed will not be transferred overseas.

8. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. For direct and indirect marketing purposes until the data subject's consent is withdrawn.

9. THE DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS

You are granted the right to:

  • to know what personal data are being processed, their origin, purpose and method of processing (Art. 13-14 GDPR 2016/679);
  • obtain the cancellation and/or destruction of data processed in breach of the law, as well as the updating, rectification or integration of data (Art. 13-14 GDPR 2016/679);
  • submit a request for rectification to the Data Controller (Art. 13-14 GDPR 2016/679);
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 13-14 GDPR 2016/679);
  • submit a request for erasure (right to be forgotten) of the data managed by the Data Controller (Art. 17 GDPR 2016/679);
  • submit a request for restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR 2016/679);
  • submit a request to object in cases where processing falls within the scope of what is defined in Article 21 GDPR 2016/679.
