At the same time, we actively work to minimize the environmental impact of our activities, protecting the ecosystem for future generations.

Our core values are: environmental protection, safety, quality, reliability, competence, efficiency and speed.

All economic decisions are guided by a balance between customer needs, environmental protection, safety and social responsibility. These principles involve the entire organization.

We operate according to an Integrated Management System, based on planned, monitored and documented processes, with clear and shared objectives:

The Management is committed to promoting, organizing and coordinating all company functions to constantly develop, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System.

General principles

To ensure effective management of the Quality, Safety and Environment System, the Management requires the active participation of all personnel, providing the information necessary to understand their role within the Integrated System.

Lampa S.p.A. considers it strategic to satisfy the expectations of all parties interested in its business - partners, employees, customers, suppliers and local communities - recognizing full compliance with current regulations as an essential requirement.

The general objectives defined by the Management are:

In the environmental field, the organization exercises rigorous control over the direct and indirect impacts of its activities, maintaining relationships with suppliers attentive to environmental policies and promoting diversity and inclusion in all company practices.

To concretely implement these objectives, the Management has adopted an Integrated Management System compliant with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 45001:2023 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2018 regulations, planning investments and providing the resources necessary for its implementation and certification.

The improvement of company performance is assessed through the analysis of risks and opportunities, continuous monitoring of processes and the definition of measurable annual objectives. The results are monitored through specific indicators during the annual review of the system.

This Integrated Policy is communicated to all personnel via email, posting in company premises, periodic meetings and continuous training. It is also available to all interested parties via request and publication on the company website.

Finally, this policy is subject to periodic review to ensure its relevance, effectiveness and alignment with the company's improvement objectives. The results of the review allow for the planning of corrective and preventive actions, assigning the necessary resources to bring the processes back to the desired standards.
