CT590 S, latest‑generation dual band, is easy to use and ideal for those who need a “basic” device but at the same time equipped with numerous functions and features that make it complete. Robustness and reliability are guaranteed by the aluminium chassis. CT590 S operates on the VHF 144‑146 MHz and UHF 430‑440 MHz bands and has 128 storable channels. The high performance ensures excellent long‑distance communications, thanks also to the 1750 Hz tone that allows access to repeater bridges. It is equipped with a torch for night illumination, an FM radio receiver 87.5‑108 MHz, 50 CTCSS tones and 208 DCS codes that allow “sub‑channels” to be created to communicate within a small group of people. The LCD display has backlighting adjustable in 3 different colours, which can be associated with the various types of use (reception, transmission, etc.)
